SMAJ Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes
Rectron SMAJ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes feature excellent clamping capability, low Zener impedance, and fast response time. These diodes operate at 400W peak power dissipation (PPPM) at 1ms, 1W steady-state power dissipation, and -55°C to 150°C operating temperature range. The SMAJ TVS diodes offer glass passivated chip construction and are available in the DO-214AC package.
