ROHM BD4xxM5-C LDO Regulators

ROHM BD4xxM5-C LDO regulators offer 500mA output current and 38μA typical current consumption. These regulators are ideal for applications that need a direct connection to the battery and low current consumption. A logical "HIGH" at the CTL pin enables the device and "LOW" at the CTL pin not enables the device.

Ultralow Quiescent Current LDO Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor Ultralow Quiescent Current LDO Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V or 50V absolute maximum voltage, and output voltage accuracy of ±2%. They have a 200mA or 500mA output current and 6μA, 38µA or 40μA (Typ.) current consumption. These regulators from ROHM are therefore ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and a low current consumption. Ceramic capacitors can be used for compensation of the output capacitor phase.

BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V absolute maximum voltage. These regulators offer an output voltage accuracy of ±2% (3.3V or 5.0V typ.). The BD4x regulators from ROHM Semiconductor are ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and low current consumption.
