Product end of life notification for the CTK-174-01 and product
introduction for the CTK-174-02.

Description of Change:
One of two dies in the CTK-174-01 crimp kit is being changed to
offer better compatibility with the standard Linx connector
product line.  The part number for the new kit is being changed
to CTK-174-02 to reflect this change.

Reason for Change:
Improve compatibility with the standard product line.

Fit: No change
Function: Removes the 0.187" size (not required for standard
size connectors) and adds 0.043", 0.100", 0.137".  The 0.100"
size is used with standard connectors for RG-178 cable.
