ABLIC S-19212B/D Positive Voltage Regulators

ABLIC S-19212B/D Positive Voltage Regulators use high-withstand voltage CMOS technology. The ABLIC S-19212B/D regulators feature high accuracy, low power consumption (6.5μA typical), and operate up to 36V. With a low on-resistance output transistor, the devices deliver a small dropout voltage and high output current. The series also includes built-in overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown circuits. ABLIC Inc. provides a thermal simulation service to assist in thermal design, reducing risks during development.

  • 2.5V to 16.0V output voltage range, selectable in 0.1V step
  • 3.0V to 36V input voltage range
  • ±2.0%  output voltage accuracy (Tj = -40°C to +125°C)
  • Current consumption
    • 6.5µA typ., 8.5µA max. (Tj = -40°C to +125°C) during operation
    • 0.1µA typ., 3.5µA max. (Tj = -40°C to +125°C) during power-off
  • Output current, possible to output 250mA (at Vin ≧ Vout(s) +2.0V)
  • Input ceramic capacitor can be used (1.0μF or more) 
  • Output ceramic capacitor can be used (1.0μF to 100μF) 
  • Built-in overcurrent protection circuit limits overcurrent of the output transistor
  • Built-in thermal shutdown circuit detection temperature of +165°C typical 
  • Built-in ON / OFF circuit
    • Ensures long battery life
    • Discharge shunt function is available
  • -40°C to +125°C operation temperature range
  • Lead-free (Sn 100%) and Halogen-free
  • Withstands 45V load dump
  • AEC-Q100 qualified
