ABLIC S-19212B/D Positive Voltage Regulators
ABLIC S-19212B/D Positive Voltage Regulators use high-withstand voltage CMOS technology. The ABLIC S-19212B/D regulators feature high accuracy, low power consumption (6.5μA typical), and operate up to 36V. With a low on-resistance output transistor, the devices deliver a small dropout voltage and high output current. The series also includes built-in overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown circuits. ABLIC Inc. provides a thermal simulation service to assist in thermal design, reducing risks during development.Features

- 3.0V to 36V input voltage range
- ±2.0% output voltage accuracy (Tj = -40°C to +125°C)

- Input ceramic capacitor can be used (1.0μF or more)
- Output ceramic capacitor can be used (1.0μF to 100μF)
- Built-in overcurrent protection circuit limits overcurrent of the output transistor
- Built-in thermal shutdown circuit detection temperature of +165°C typical
- Built-in ON / OFF circuit
