Abracon ASWD-S4-0011 SP4T RF & Antenna Switch
Abracon ASWD-S4-0011 SP4T RF and Antenna Switch is a low-loss, high-isolation SP4T reflective RF switch designed for high-performance switching applications. It features ±1kV HBM ESD protection and comes in a compact, low-cost LGA package measuring 1.1mm x 1.1mm x 0.5mm. Optimized for applications requiring low insertion loss, small size, and cost-efficiency, the ASWD-S4-0011 is ideal for industrial Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, including BLUETOOTH® (BT), Wi-Fi®, GNSS, LoRa®, LTE, as well as handsets and general-purpose RF systems. The switch supports operation up to 2.7GHz, making it well-suited for high-power applications at low control voltages. The Abracon ASWD-S4-0011 is lead-free and RoHS-compliant, with a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of 3.
