ZZZ-Amphenol TPC Chem-Gard® 200 Cables

Amphenol TPC Chem-Gard® 200 Cables are designed to withstand a maximum conductor temperature of +200°C and feature a specially compounded fluoropolymer or ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) jacket. Both types of materials are ideal for environments with harsh chemicals. The jackets also strongly resist oils, solvents, chemicals, and acids, and provide excellent defense against cutting and abrasion. These high-temperature, chemical-resistant cables are constructed with finely stranded nickel-plated or silver alloy copper conductors. The fine stranding enhances flex-life while reducing conductor fatigue and breakage. The nickel-plated conductors resist high temperatures, and the silver alloy conductors offer excellent electrical and high-heat performance.

The Chem-Gard 200 lineup includes single- and multi-conductor cables, shielded multi-conductor cables, individually shielded multi-pair control/resolver cables, resistance temperature detector (RTD) cables, and CAT6 industrial Ethernet horizontal cables. The CAT6 cables are ideal for harsh environments, including the metals industry, while all other variants of these Amphenol TPC cables are designed for instrumentation and control applications.
