Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5062 Nonreflective Differential SPDT Switch
Analog Devices ADRF5062 Nonreflective Differential SPDT Switch operates from 100MHz to 13GHz with an insertion loss of less than 1.0dB and isolation greater than 40dB. The ADRF5062 has an RF input power handling capability of differential 33dBm for through paths, differential 30dBm for terminated paths, and differential 27dBm hot switching at the RF common port.
The ADRF5062 operates with dual ±3.3V supplies or a single +3.3V supply when the user connects VSS to GND. The ADRF5062 employs complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS)-compatible and low-voltage transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls. The ADRF5062 has an enable control to feature all off-states.
The ADRF5062 also operates with a single positive supply voltage (VDD) when the user connects the negative supply voltage (VSS) to ground. In this operating condition, the device maintains small-signal performance but derates switching characteristics, linearity, and power handling performance.
The Analog Devices ADRF5062 is pin-compatible with the ADRF5063, a low-frequency-cutoff version that operates from 9kHz to 13GHz. The ADRF5062 comes in a 20-terminal, 3.0mm × 3.0mm LGA package and can operate from −40°C to +105°C.
