Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADT7604-AZ Evaluation Board
Analog Devices EVAL-ADT7604-AZ Evaluation Board features the ADT7604, a 20-channel data center thermal-measurement and leak-sensing system with EEPROM. The ADT7604 measures a wide variety of temperature sensors and digitally outputs the result in °C, °F, or Ω with 0.1°C accuracy and 0.001°C resolution. All signals are buffered and digitized simultaneously using two high-accuracy, 24-bit Δ-Σ ADCs.
The Analog Devices EVAL-ADT7604-AZ is a thermal measurement evaluation board featuring two copper-trace sensors, two leak detectors, a 1kΩ thermistor, and a PT-100 RTD. When connected to a DC2026C Linduino demo circuit and a host PC, the EVAL-ADT7604-AZ displays temperature, resistance, and fault status for multiple sensor types via the graphical user interface (GUI).
The copper trace sensors require a one-time calibration before operation. The user can configure the leak detection sensors to report either raw resistance between the metal traces or the percentage of sensor coverage. The GUI supports evaluation of all onboard sensors and external custom sensors: a custom copper trace sensor connected to J1 and a custom leak-detection sensor connected to J3.
