Atmosic Technologies ATM33/e SoCs

Atmosic Technologies ATM33/e SoCs offer extremely low-power BLUETOOTH® 5.3 system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. These SoCs integrate Bluetooth 5.3 compliant radio with an Arm® Cortex® M33F application processor, RAM, ROM, NVM, extended flash storage (selected package), and state-of-the-art power management. The ATM33/e SoCs deliver maximum lifetime in battery-operated devices. These SoCs with 0.85mA radio receiver and 2.5mA radio transmitter power consumption are designed to extend battery life for IoT devices. The ATM33/e SoCs support low-duty cycle operation, enabling systems to run for significantly longer periods without battery replacement. They also support innovative wake-up mechanisms to further reduce power consumption. Typical applications include remote monitors, health monitors, sports and fitness, advanced home automation, advanced remote control, Human Interface Devices (HID), entertainment, gaming, and advanced wearables.

The ATM33e (ATM3330e-5DCAQN) SoC supports direct operation from harvested energy sources, including RF, photovoltaic, thermal, and mechanical.
