These GDT devices provide coordinated overvoltage protection for TBU High-Speed Protector models TBU-CA050-500-WH, TBU-CA065-100-WH, and TBU-CA085-200-WH. Together, they provide fast overcurrent protection and overvoltage protection against electrical transients - in less than one microsecond at the rated current. The Bourns 2020 T Series 3-Pole Fast Gas Discharge Tubes are available with an optional fail-short mechanism for applications requiring UL safety standard compliance and also available as RoHS versions.
