Diodes Incorporated BC84x & BC85x Automotive Transistors
Diodes Inc BC84x & BC85x automotive transistors are designed for switching and AF amplifier applications. The BC84x and BC85x transistors are complementary NPN and PNP transistor series which are qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. The SOT21 package size is available on reels and is ideally suited for automatic insertion.
