Diodes Incorporated MB10/ABS10/ABS20微型桥式整流器采用小外形尺寸的MBS、MBF和ABS封装。 MB10/ABS10/ABS20系列借助一个通孔型直列桥或四个分立整流器，将占用的电路板空间减少了50%。 该整流器的反向漏电流 (IR) 低至5µA，正向电流浪涌能力 (IFSM) 高达60A，反向击穿电压 (VR) 高达1kV，因此功效极为出色。 该器件非常坚固、可靠，并且采用玻璃钝化结构，因此非常适合用于经济高效的终端产品，包括LED灯和交流/直流电源充电器/适配器。
