Diodes Incorporated ZXTP7xxMA series of low saturation switching transistors feature low equivalent on-resistance and low saturation voltage. Diodes Incorporated ZXTP717MA 12V PNP switching transistor features -4A continuous collector current. The ZXTP718MA 20V PNP switching transistor provides -3.5A continuous collector current.
The ZXTP720MA 40V PNP switching transistor features -3A continuous collector current. The ZXTP722MA 70V PNP switching transistor provides -2.5A continuous collector current. These Diodes Incorporated devices are ideal for DC-DC converter (FET driving), charging circuit, power switch, and motor control applications.
