Diotec Semiconductor BCV47 Darlington Transistor

Diotec Semiconductor BCV47 Darlington Transistor is an NPN silicon transistor designed for very high DC current gain in a compact surface‑mount package. This transistor integrates two NPN transistors in a Darlington configuration, enabling high current amplification with minimal base drive. The BCV47 device is supplied in a SOT‑23 package, making it ideal for space‑constrained designs and low‑to‑medium power signal amplification. This Darlington transistor is ideal for signal processing and general AF requirements, coil and DC motor drivers, and an amplifier for microcontroller outputs.
