EPC EPC91123 6kW ISOP GaN Converter Eval Board

Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) EPC91123 ISOP GaN Converter Evaluation Board is a 6kW 800V to 12.5V converter that supports emerging 800VDC server architectures and is built on an input-series, output-parallel (ISOP) LLC topology. This board features the 150V EPC2305 and the 40V EPC2366 GaN FETs in a compact form factor measuring 104mm x 47mm x 8mm. This advanced GaN-based power conversion solution provides higher power density, improved efficiency, and scalable rack-level power delivery for next-generation AI infrastructure. EPC EPC91123 ISOP GaN Converter Evaluation Board improves overall system efficiency by up to 2% by enabling direct 12.5V conversion and eliminating the need for a 48V intermediate stage. The EPC91123 board is optimized for space-constrained AI server environments.
