Everspin Technologies MR1A16A 2Mb 16-bit I/O Parallel Interface Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM) modules are 2,097,152-bit devices organized as 131,072 words of 16 bits. The MR1A16A series offers SRAM-compatible 35ns read/write timing with unlimited endurance. Data is automatically protected and is always nonvolatile for >20 years. These MRAM devices are available in two package types: a small footprint 48-pin ball grid array (BGA) and a 44-pin thin small outline (TSOP Type 2). These packages are compatible with similar low-power SRAM products and nonvolatile RAM products. Everspin Technologies MR1A16A MRAM operates in various temperatures and provides highly reliable data storage.
