iC-Haus iC-HE Triple Differential Line Driver

iC-Haus iC-HE Triple Differential Line Driver is a three-channel line driver with complementary outputs optimized for line impedances in the range of 75Ω. This line driver offers complementary short-circuit-proof push-pull driver stages for RS422 and 24V applications up to 2MHz. The iC-HE line driver features 200mA minimum output current at 24V and 4.5V to 35V single supply operation with low static power dissipation. This line driver all inputs are compatible with CMOS and TTL levels. The emitter and collector outputs of an on-chip NPN transistor are available for driving an external light-emitting diode. Typical applications include line drivers for 24V control engineering, sensor systems, linear scales, and encoders.
