Infineon Technologies CoolSET™ System-in-Package (SiP)
Infineon Technologies CoolSET™ System-in-Package (SiP) integrates an HV switch (CoolMOS™ P7 or CoolSiC™) with a ZVS primary controller and secondary SR controller. It also comes with a CT link for reinforced, isolated communication in a single SMD package for up to 150W power delivery. The ZVS flyback solution in the Infineon Technologies CoolSET SiP cuts switching losses, improves EMI performance, and reduces BOM size, while achieving efficiency above 94%.
