Infineon Technologies REF_MINI_CMFRT_SIP Reference Design
Infineon Technologies REF_MINI_CMFRT_SIP Reference Design is a compact automotive BLDC motor-control reference board built around the MOTIX™ TLE9954QSW40-33 MCU System-in-Package. The design demonstrates a space-optimized motor-control approach for automotive comfort applications, including BLDC seat adjustment, auxiliary water pumps, oil pumps, and thermal management fans.
The reference design uses a 3-phase full-bridge topology and supports a 9V to 24V supply voltage range for BLDC motor-drive evaluation. Infineon Technologies REF_MINI_CMFRT_SIP Reference Design also highlights OptiMOS™ 7 IAUZN04S7N026 power MOSFETs and XENSIV™ TLE5572-AE04E1-R-E0001 sensing, while the user manual documents schematic information and electrical, thermal, and EMC measurements in accordance with CISPR25.
This reference board is intended for compact automotive comfort motor-control development where space, cost, and thermal optimization are important design goals. Infineon supports the design with MOTIX development tools, SDK resources, and programming utilities that help developers analyze, configure, debug, and tune MOTIX MCU-based motor-control applications.
