Lattice Semiconductor Mach-N2 Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs)

Lattice Semiconductor Mach-N2 Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) are built on the low-power Lattice Nexus 2 platform and feature integrated security, integrated flash, and instant-on. These FPGAs deliver up to 220k system logic cells of density with integrated non-volatile flash, and the series offers small package options. The integrated security features include hardware root of trust (RoT) with physically unclonable function (PUF) for DICE and SPDM attestation. The integrated flash and instant-on functions provide on-chip non-volatile flash for configuration and data storage, enabling single-chip boot in under 30ms and protecting the bitstream from physical access. Lattice Semiconductor Mach-N2 FPGAs are ideal for modern compute, communication, and industrial infrastructure.
