Littelfuse SLD263 Uni-directional TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SLD263 Uni-directional TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronics against ESD, EFT, and 10/1000µS surge events. These TVS diodes offer excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. The SLD263 TVS diodes feature a 14V to 40V reverse-standoff-voltage range and a fast response time, typically less than 1ps. These TVS diodes protect the device against inductive load switching voltage transient events for severe automotive load dump applications. The SLD263 TVS diodes operate from -55°C to +150°C temperature range and are available in a glass passivated chip junction in a modified TO-263 package. Typical applications include inductive load switching and alternator load dump.
