Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MIE1W0505BGLVH DC/DC Modules
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MIE1W0505BGLVH DC/DC Modules are isolated and regulated DC/DC modules supporting 3V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) applications. The device features superior load and line regulation, allowing up to 1W of output power (POUT). The MIE1W0505BGLVH integrates a power MOSFET, feedback circuit, and transformer in a single chip, providing excellent performance and space-saving size. The MPS MIE1W0505BGLVH facilitates a regulated output. The MIE1W0505BGLVH DC/DC modules start switching when the output voltage (VOUT) falls below the target voltage, supplying power from VIN to VOUT until VOUT matches the target output value again.
The MIE1W0505BGLVH integrates a VOUT feedback block, which regulates VOUT without a traditional optocoupler and TL431. The device delivers a small size and highly reliable operation compared to conventional isolation power modules.
The MIE1W0505BGLVH offers continuous short-circuit protection (SCP) and over-temperature protection (OTP) and is housed in a small LGA-12 (4mm x 5mm) package.
