Nexperia 74AUP2G5x双PCB多功能栅极
Nexperia 74AUP2G5x低功耗、双PCB可配置多功能栅极具有两个可配置多功能栅极与施密特触发器输入。采用 3 位输入，每个栅极均可配置为逻辑功能AND、OR、NAND、NOR、XOR、逆变器和缓冲器。所有输入均可直接连接VCC 或GND。这些器件可确保在0.8V至3.6V的整个VCC 范围内具有极低的静态和动态功耗。该器件特别适合使用IOFF 的部分掉电应用，可禁用输出从而防止掉电时具有破坏性的回流电流通过该器件。
These devices ensure very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V. They are fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF, which disables output and prevents damaging backflow current when powered down.
