NXP Semiconductors MCX L25 Ultra-Low-Power Microcontrollers extend the MCX L architecture with higher performance, increased memory, and support for always‑on human‑machine interfaces. These devices combine an Arm® Cortex®‑M33 core running up to 96MHz with a dedicated Arm® Cortex®‑M0+ Sense Domain for continuous sensing and low‑power processing. The MCX L25 microcontrollers are designed for metering, sensing, and battery‑powered IoT systems requiring enhanced security, richer peripherals, and optional display and keypad support.
