NXP Semiconductors PF0300 Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC)
NXP Semiconductors PF0300 Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) integrates multiple high-performance buck regulators and an LDO regulator. It can operate as a standalone point-of-load regulator integrated circuit (IC) or as a companion chip to a larger PMIC. Built-in one-time programmable (OTP) memory stores key startup configurations, drastically reducing the external components typically used to set the output voltage and the regulator sequence. Regulator parameters can be adjusted via high-speed I2C after startup, providing flexibility across different system states.
The PF0300 is a PMIC designed to be the primary core power supply for NXP's high-end RADIO applications.
