Fairchild Semiconductor N通道PowerTrench® MOSFET采用Fairchild Semiconductor先进的PowerTrench®工艺制成,此种工艺专门设计用以将通态电阻降至最低,同时保持出众的开关性能。Fairchild Semiconductor N通道PowerTrench® MOSFET具有30V-250V各种漏极至源极电压规格。FDD10N20LZ和FDD7N25LZ均为N通道增强型模式功率场效应晶体管,采用Fairchild的专有平面条状和DMOS技术制成。该先进技术特别设计用于将通态电阻降至最低,提供出众的开关性能,且能承受雪崩和换流模式下的高能脉冲。这些器件非常适用于高效开关模式电源和主动功率因数校正。FDMC6296是一款单N通道MOSFET,采用高热效率MicroFET封装。其经过特别设计以确保负载点转换器中的出色表现。通过提供rDS(on)和栅极电荷之间的最佳平衡,此器件可有效用作一个“高侧”控制开关或“低侧”同步整流器。

The FDD10N20LZ and FDD7N25LZ are N-Channel enhancement mode power field-effect transistors that are produced using planar stripe, DMOS technology. This advanced technology has been specially tailored to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode. These devices are well suited for high efficient switching mode power supplies and active power factor correction.

The FDMC6296 is a single N-Channel MOSFET in a thermally efficient MicroFET Package that has been specifically designed to perform well in Point of Load converters. Providing an optimized balance between rDS(on) and gate charge, this device can be effectively used as a "high side" control switch or "low side" synchronous rectifier.
