onsemi STK5Q4U352J-E 8A/600V Integrated Power Modules are fully-integrated inverter power stages. These modules consist of a high-voltage driver, six IGBTs and a thermistor. The modules are suitable for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), brushless-DC (BLDC) motors, and AC asynchronous motors.

The module features IGBTs configured in a 3-phase bridge with separate emitter connections for the lower legs. This allows for maximum flexibility in the choice of control algorithms. The power stage has a full range of protection functions including cross-conduction protection, external shutdown and under-voltage lockout. An internal comparator and reference connected to the over-current protection circuit allows for setting the over-current protection level.
