PANJIT MSR2DAFC Hyper-Fast Recovery Rectifier

PANJIT MSR2DAFC Hyper-Fast Recovery Rectifier is a surface-mount rectifier designed with Trr under 20ns for efficient rectification in electronic applications. This rectifier reduces switching losses and achieves higher frequencies in electronic circuits for improved efficiency for DC-DC converters. The MSR2DAFC rectifier offers strong stability, high reliability, and minimal leakage current. This rectifier features a 200V maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage, 140V maximum RMS voltage, and 200V maximum DC blocking voltage.

The MSR2DAFC rectifier operates with a -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range. This rectifier is lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and meets green molding compound as per IEC61249 standard. The MSR2DAFC rectifier is available in an SMAF-C package and is ideal for automated placement.
