PEM WN™ & WNS™ Self-Locating Projection Weld Nuts
PEM WN™ Steel and WNS™ Stainless Steel Self-Locating Projection Weld Nuts feature engineered projections, a round head design, and a self-locating shank. PEM WN and WNS weld nuts are designed to be welded onto another metal surface into properly sized holes. The weld nut design helps overcome many problems associated with other welded nuts. The engineered projections prevent burnouts in thin sheets and help keep the nut from warping during high-current welding. The round head design speeds production using standard equipment and provides a compact design that fits on narrow flanges. The self-locating shank eliminates the need for complex electrodes with pilots and properly positions weld nuts.
