Qorvo QPA0018 200W GaN Power Amplifiers
Qorvo QPA0018 200W GaN Power Amplifiers are high-power C-band amplifiers that eliminate the need for an external high-power driver stage. The QPA0018 is fabricated using the Qorvo 0.25µm GaN-on-SiC process (QGaN25HV). The QPA0018 covers a 5.2GHz to 5.9GHz frequency range and provides 54dBm of saturated output power (PSAT) and 28dB of large-signal gain while achieving 52% power-added efficiency (PAE). The QPA0018 is packaged in an 8mm length x 9mm width 60-pin plastic overmolded package. These amplifiers support a variety of operating conditions and bias voltages. The Qorvo QPA0018 has DC-blocking capacitors on both RF ports (matched to 50Ω) and is ideal for military radar systems.
