Qorvo QPB1055 C-Band Switched Filter Bank Module
Qorvo QPB1055 C-Band Switched Filter Bank Module is designed for pulsed electronically scanned array (ESA) radar systems, providing contiguous spectrum coverage from 5200MHz to 5900MHz. This surface-mount device combines an integrated C-band BAW-switched filter bank with high-efficiency 50W and 200W GaN power amplifiers. The module contains two switches on both sides of seven BAW filters and a bypass path. Qorvo QPB1055 C-Band Switched Filter Bank Module features high out-of-band rejection and low insertion loss in a compact package measuring 6mm x 6mm x 0.79mm.
