Qorvo QPK1521 High-Speed GaN SPDT Switch Driver generates complementary control signals for fast and reliable RF path switching. The device is designed to coordinate transmit and receive path selection in RF front-end modules and GaN switch applications. High-speed switching and an integrated READY signal feature help support accurate system timing and safe bias operation.
The Qorvo QPK1521 Switch Driver operates as part of the QPK152x chipset with the QPK1520 gate controller and QPK1522 drain controller. Coordinated gate, drain, and RF path transitions enable seamless TX/RX switching while helping protect connected GaN devices. The driver also supports multi-throw SPnT architectures and reduces the external component count required for RF front-end control.
