Renesas Electronics ISL7823x紧凑型同步降压稳压器
Renesas/Intersill ISL7823x紧凑型同步降压稳压器是一款高效的单片式同步降压直流/直流转换器。ISL78233、ISL78234和ISL78235采用2.7V - 5.5V的输入电源，分别提供3A、4A和5A的连续输出电流。ISL7823x器件采用电流模式控制架构，从而能够在高频率下实现极低占空比运行能力。这样即可实现快速瞬态响应和出色的环路稳定性。
