ROHM Semiconductor RN789FM PIN Diode

ROHM Semiconductor RN789FM PIN Diode is a small mold package, suitable for an auto-gain control circuit and an antenna amplifier/attenuator. This diode offers a reverse voltage rating of up to 100V and can handle forward current up to 50mA. The RN789FM PIN diode comes in a SOT-323 package and features high reliability, low rF, and low Ct. This diode supports high-frequency forward resistance of up to 4Ω, and a maximum capacitance between terminals of 0.4pF. The RN789FM PIN diode is RoHS-compliant and offers a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
