Texas Instruments ISO604x Quad-Channel Digital Isolators
Texas Instruments ISO604x Digital Isolators are reinforced, quad-channel digital isolators for high-bandwidth and clock-sensitive applications. The devices isolate CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os while supporting high data rates, low propagation delay, low jitter, and tight channel-to-channel and part-to-part skew.
The ISO604x family supports GPIO, PWM, SPI, and UART signaling, with configurations for different forward and reverse channel directions, default output states, and package options. The TI ISO604x Digital Isolators also include enable pins that place outputs in a high-impedance state, helping support flexible digital isolation designs.
The digital isolators are well-suited for test and measurement, data acquisition, factory automation, and medical and healthcare applications. The ISO604x devices supply a robust SiO2 isolation barrier, reinforced isolation, planned safety-related certifications, and package options for designs that need high channel density and low power consumption.
