Texas Instruments MSPM0G511x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers

Texas Instruments MSPM0G511x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers are low-power 32-bit MCUs built around an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU with a memory protection unit and operation up to 80MHz. The devices combine mixed-signal integration, USB 2.0 FS connectivity, digital audio support, and security features for embedded systems that need flexible control and communication.

The MSPM0G511x series integrates up to 128KB flash with ECC, up to 32KB SRAM with ECC or hardware parity, and an 8KB data flash bank with ECC protection. The TI MSPM0G511x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers also include a 12-bit ADC, a high-speed comparator, internal voltage references, a temperature sensor, DMA, timers, watchdogs, an RTC, configurable serial interfaces, and USB device and host support.

The MCUs support applications across appliance, factory automation, personal electronics, medical and healthcare, infotainment and cluster, and body electronics and lighting systems. The MSPM0G511x devices also provide optimized low-power operating modes, AES acceleration, secure key storage, and PSA-L1 certification, targeting designs that require efficient processing with security-aware system support.
