Texas Instruments TPS65036x-Q1 Camera, Radar, & MCU PMICs

Texas Instruments TPS65036x-Q1 Camera, Radar, and MCU PMICs are highly integrated automotive power management ICs for camera, radar, and MCU power systems. The devices combine three step-down converters and one low-dropout regulator, enabling multi-rail power delivery in compact automotive designs.

The TPS65036x-Q1 includes a wide-VIN BUCK1 converter with input support up to 35V, two low-VIN step-down converters, and one LDO regulator. The TI TPS65036x-Q1 Camera, Radar, and MCU PMICs support forced fixed-frequency PWM mode or AutoPFM mode across all converters, optional spread-spectrum modulation for EMI reduction, and low-power operation controlled by pin or I2C.

The PMICs are designed for automotive camera modules, radar modules, and safety MCU power applications requiring functional safety support and integrated power sequencing. TPS65036x-Q1 devices are available in a 24-pin VQFN package with wettable flanks and support automotive systems up to ASIL-B hardware integrity.
