Texas Instruments TPS7H3xx4EVM-CVAL Evaluation Modules
Texas Instruments TPS7H3xx4EVM-CVAL Evaluation Modules provide a flexible platform for evaluating the TPS7H3xx4 family of radiation-hardened power-supply supervisors. The EVMs demonstrate device operation while enabling users to evaluate multi-channel voltage monitoring, reset behavior, and watchdog functionality in high-reliability applications.
The TI TPS7H3xx4EVM-CVAL supports configurable monitoring of multiple system rails, including programmable thresholds, Hysteresis, and timing parameters. The Evaluation Modules allow designers to adjust sense thresholds, delay timing, watchdog timers, and system reset behavior using external components, enabling customized system validation.
