Texas Instruments UCC33411-Q1 DC/DC Module
Texas Instruments UCC33411-Q1 DC/DC Module is an automotive isolated power module with integrated transformer technology that delivers 1.0W of isolated output power. The module supports an input range of 4.5V to 5.5V and regulates a 3.3V output, with selectable 3.7V headroom for isolated bias-supply designs.
The UCC33411-Q1 utilizes a proprietary transformer architecture to support 5kVRMS isolation while maintaining low EMI performance and strong load regulation. The TI UCC33411-Q1 DC/DC Module also includes adaptive spread-spectrum modulation, strong magnetic-field immunity, low-inrush-current soft start, and protection features such as overload protection, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and enable-pin fault reporting.
The module is ideal for HEV/EV onboard chargers, traction inverters, charging inlet control, isolated measurements, isolated signal chains, and isolated interface bias power. The UCC33411-Q1 is housed in a miniaturized low-profile SSOP-16 package with more than 8.2mm clearance and creepage.
