Toshiba TMPM4V TXZ+™ Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCUs feature a floating-point unit (FPU) operating at up to 80MHz and are designed for system control applications in industrial equipment, consumer products, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. These Toshiba Cortex-M4 MCUs include security functions, integrated peripherals, and flexible memory options, supporting the development of connected embedded systems. The TMPM4V comes in a 0.8mm- or 0.5mm-pitch package to accommodate various design requirements.
