Vishay VCNT2020带晶体管输出的反射式传感器

Vishay VCNT2020带晶体管输出的反射式光传感器的输出电流为1.6mA，采用微型SMD封装。 该器件采用紧凑结构，发射光源和硅光电晶体管探测器被放置在同一个平面上。 传感器探测到临近物体反射的红外光后，传感器模拟输出信号就会被触发。 VCNT2020传感器内置的日光阻挡滤光片能极大地抑制令人烦恼的环境光， 从而提高信噪比。
