VPG Foil Resistors VSMP系列电阻器

Vishay Precision Group VSMP系列Z箔线绕SMD片式电阻器，有0603、0805和1206等外壳尺寸可选，是业内第一款集高额定功率、出色的负载寿命稳定性和极低TCR于一体的电阻器。Vishay Precision Group的VSMP系列Z-Foil线绕SMD片式电阻器使用超高精度Bulk Metal® Z箔技术，可大大降低电阻元件对环境温度变化(TCR)和通电时自热（功率系数）的灵敏度。VSMP系列电阻器 中采用的Z箔技术也提供了改进型负载寿命稳定性、低噪声和小公差。VSMP系列Z箔电阻器具有全线绕终端，可确保生产过程中的安全操作，并可在多重热循环期间提供稳定性。VSMP系列箔线绕SMD片式电阻器的特点包括：TCR：0.05ppm/ºC典型值(0ºC-+60ºC)、0.2ppm/ºC典型值（-55ºC-+125ºC，+25ºC参考值） ；负载寿命稳定性：70°C时偏差不超过±0.005%、额定功率时为2000小时；电阻范围：100Ω-5kΩ（外壳尺寸0603）、10Ω-125kΩ（外壳尺寸0805、1206公差±0.01%；功率系数“因自热产生的ΔR”：额定功率时为5ppm；额定功率： 70ºC时为750mW（外壳尺寸0805、1206）、+70ºC时100mW（外壳尺寸0603）。
