NXP Semiconductors NX3L 模拟开关集成电路
恩智浦 NX3L 集成电路是低电阻模拟开关，适用于模拟或数字多路复用器/解复用器。NX3L 开关具有低阈值数字输入，因此在 3.3V 应用中能由 1.8V 逻辑电平驱动。因而 NX3L 能使用 1.8V 数字控制器切换 4.3V 信号，无需进行逻辑电平转换。NX3L 开关达到 AEC Q100 标准，可用于汽车应用。
