STMicroelectronics M24SR Dynamic NFC/RFID标签IC是动态NFC/RFID标签IC，带双接口。器件包含EEPROM存储器，有2K、4K、16K和64K四种版本。它们可以从I²C 接口操作，也可以由13.56MHz RFID阅读器或NFC电话操作。I²C接口使用由一根双向数据线和一根时钟线组成的2线串行接口。在I²C 协议中它们作为从设备使用。RF协议兼容ISO/IEC 14443 Type A和NFC Forum Type 4 Tag。
