Vishay / Dale IHLP-2020CZ-01系列IHLP®电感器

Vishay/Dale拓展了其供应的薄型大电流IHLP®电感器产品类别，以将IHLP-2020CZ-01系列电感器纳入其中，该系列电感器的电感范围为0.10µH-15.0µH。Vishay/Dale薄型大电流电感器IHLP 系列具有高达5.0Mhz频率范围的屏蔽结构，可处理高静态电流脉冲而不会达到饱和。 Vishay/Dale薄型大电流电感器IHLP在以下封装尺寸中具有最低的DCR/µH值：6767、5050、4040、3232、2525、2020和1616。该系列电感器采用复合结构，蜂音噪声超低。符合RoHS指令2002/95/EC。另外还可供应Vishay IHLP 6767GZ系列电感器，该系列电感器是Vishay Super 12产品，额定温度最高可达155ºC。
