Vishay Precision Group VSMP系列Z箔线绕SMD片式电阻器,有0603、0805和1206等外壳尺寸可选,是业内第一款集高额定功率、出色的负载寿命稳定性和极低TCR于一体的电阻器。Vishay Precision Group的VSMP系列Z-Foil线绕SMD片式电阻器使用超高精度Bulk Metal® Z箔技术,可大大降低电阻元件对环境温度变化(TCR)和通电时自热(功率系数)的灵敏度。VSMP系列电阻器 中采用的Z箔技术也提供了改进型负载寿命稳定性、低噪声和小公差。VSMP系列Z箔电阻器具有全线绕终端,可确保生产过程中的安全操作,并可在多重热循环期间提供稳定性。VSMP系列箔线绕SMD片式电阻器的特点包括:TCR:0.05ppm/ºC典型值(0ºC-+60ºC)、0.2ppm/ºC典型值(-55ºC-+125ºC,+25ºC参考值) ;负载寿命稳定性:70°C时偏差不超过±0.005%、额定功率时为2000小时;电阻范围:100Ω-5kΩ(外壳尺寸0603)、10Ω-125kΩ(外壳尺寸0805、1206公差±0.01%;功率系数“因自热产生的ΔR”:额定功率时为5ppm;额定功率: 70ºC时为750mW(外壳尺寸0805、1206)、+70ºC时100mW(外壳尺寸0603)。
