KOA Speer RK73H/RK73-RT AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistors are constructed with a sulfur-proof electrode material and offer precision tolerances of 0.5% and 1.0% with a resistance range of 1Ω to 10MΩ. These resistors have a power rating of 30mW to 1W and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C or +155°C. The series uses a thick metal glaze film to provide excellent heat resistance and weather resistance for high stability and reliability.
