RNCQ High Frequency Thin Film Chip Resistors

Stackpole Electronics RNCQ High-Frequency Thin-Film Chip Resistors are precision surface-mount components designed for compact, high-frequency circuit designs. The series is available in standard case sizes from 0201 to 1206 and features a high-purity alumina substrate for stable electrical performance in small footprints. High-frequency performance supports operation up to 70GHz for 0201 devices and up to 50GHz for 0402 and 0603 devices. RNCQ chip resistors offer precision tolerance options down to 0.1%, with TCR options of ±25ppm/°C and ±50ppm/°C, depending on the part configuration. Stackpole Electronics RNCQ Resistors cover resistance values from 20Ω to 500Ω in 0201 and from 10Ω to 1KΩ in 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1206 sizes. These parts are also RoHS and REACH compliant, lead free, and halogen free.
