SML-D22MUW Low Profile 2-Color Chip LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SML-D22MUW Low Profile 2-Color Chip LEDs are 2/1.9V red/yellowish-green color LEDs. These 2-color SMD LEDs are highly reliable and provide high brightness. The SML-D22x LEDs are available in 1.6mm x 0.8mm 0603 packages and are shipped with desiccant (silica gel) in moisture-proof bags. These LEDs from ROHM Semiconductor are available in a 1608 size, feature a special design to improve reliability, and come with a backside electrode that supports the high-resolution display. Other features include AlGaInP chip structure and up to 16mcd luminous intensity.
