BM61x栅极驱动器

ROHM Semiconductor BM61x栅极驱动器提供单通道电流隔离，隔离电压为3750V_rms，输入/输出延迟时间为65ns。这些栅极驱动器具有有源米勒钳位功能和欠压闭锁功能 (UVLF)。BM61x栅极驱动器的工作温度范围为-40°C至+125°C，输入侧电源电压范围为4.5V至5.5V。这些栅极驱动器的输出电流为4A，最高结温为+150 °C，最小输入脉冲宽度为60 ns。ROHM Semiconductor BM61x栅极驱动器非常适合用于驱动SiC MOSFET。
